Every ride you save gets an activity page, and your recent ones appear on your dashboard and profile.
The activity page
- Title — click to rename it (your own activities only).
- Rode with — everyone who shared the route with you, with a Cheer button for those who saved the same ride. Cheers you receive show under the title.
- Pills — Full activity plus, where they apply, Race and Cool-down after a finish line, and one pill per sport on a ride that mixed cycling and rowing. Pick a pill to view or export only that part.
- Map and charts — elevation with grade, speed, power (and a second power source if you had one), cadence, heart rate and draft. Drag across a chart to zoom; click to zoom out.
- Photo — the screenshot you starred during the ride. Download photo saves it as a PNG.
- Summary — distance, climb, elapsed and moving time, calories.
- Performance — average and maximum for each channel; hover the charts to see the instantaneous value instead.
- Training load — weighted power, intensity (as a share of your FTP) and an effort score where 100 is an hour at FTP. These need an FTP in your profile.
- Power zones and Power curve — seven Coggan zones, and your best 5-second, 1-, 5-, 20- and 60-minute power.
- HR zones — five zones on heart-rate reserve, shown to you only, once resting and max HR are set.
- Recorded with — the devices used.
Exporting and uploading
The export tile on your own activities offers:
- Download FIT — the standard file every training platform accepts. It carries power, cadence, heart rate, left/right balance, draft percent, calories, CORE temperature and, with two power sources, the second as power2.
- Upload to Strava and Upload to Intervals — one click each, once the service is connected under Settings → Integrations. Uploads are manual; nothing is sent until you press the button.
If you've selected a pill or zoomed the chart, the export covers that range only. The file is named after the activity's number and title.
Rowing activities
A ride rowed from start to finish saves as a rowing activity: cadence in strokes per minute, "rowed" in the feed, and a FIT file in the indoor-rowing sport. See Rowing.
Deleting
The ⋮ menu on your own activity has Delete activity. It asks once; there's no undo.
