Workouts
Biketerra fully supports both solo and group workouts:
- Load any .ZWO file
- Select from a collection of preloaded workouts
- Pull upcoming workouts from Intervals.icu, TrainerDay, or Athletica
- For group workouts, create an event and set its type to "Workout"
Solo workouts
After starting a ride, browse to the "Workout" menu tab:

After choosing a workout, click the "Use" button to load it into the main UI:

You'll see the interval list and workout action buttons (top left), as well as the workout chart (bottom center).
Right above the workout chart, you can adjust the workout intensity via the (+) and (-) buttons. Each click adjusts intensity by 1%.

Click the "Start" button to begin the workout.
Group workouts
For a group workout, create a new event and set its type to "Workout".
Event Creators: after joining the event, load the desired workout (via the "Workout" menu tab) then hit "Use". All participants will automatically load the workout as well.
When the event starts, the event creator has access to group workout controls: Start, Pause, Resume, Skip, Reset, and Clear.
