Our commitment to privacy

Biketerra, LLC is a privacy-first company. We make money from our paying customers, so there's no reason to sell, rent or give away any of your data (that's not our business model).

What information we collect

Your email is collected during the registration process, and the following is (optionally) collected from within your account profile:

  • Name
  • Weight
  • Gender
  • Birth year
  • Country
  • Photo

We do not rent, buy or sell personal data from or to others, use automated decisions or profiling in the processing of your personal data, or process any special category data as per the GDPR Article 9.

Payment processing

Mobile device access

If you use our application(s), we may request access or permission to certain features from your mobile device, namely bluetooth. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device's settings.

How we use cookies

We use cookies to preserve your logged-in state across page refreshes on biketerra.com.

Data storage

Our servers are located in the United States. If you are accessing our Services from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed by us in our facilities and by those third parties with whom we may share your personal information, in and other countries.

Data retention
